UNIMAID Hostel Accommodation Fees 2024

As earlier mentioned, UNIMAID hostel rooms are in categories namely: single, double, and triple occupant rooms. The cost of each hostel depends on the category and duration of stay. Below is a breakdown of the cost of each type of room at UNIMAID.

• Single Room: Single rooms cost Thirty Thousand Naira (N30,000) for one session.
• Double Room: Double rooms cost Twenty Thousand Naira (N20,000) per person for a session.
• Triple Room: This is the cheapest one. This room costs Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) per person for a session.

How To Apply For UNIMAID Hostel Accommodation

Students who are interested in applying for hostel accommodation can follow the procedure below to successfully apply.

1. Log on to UNIMAID school Portal via https://portal.unimaid.edu.ng/login
2. Follow the steps and instructions provided on the school portal and make payment.
3. Take your payment proof to the Student Affairs department to be documented.
4. You will be allocated a hostel in the student affairs department.

Students should note that hostel allocation is on a First Come First Serve basis. If you have a preference, be sure to apply for accommodation early so that you can be allocated the hostel you prefer.
