UNILORIN 2023/2024 Post UTME Requirements for Registration

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the University of Ilorin, undergraduate programs for the 2023/2024 academic session.

Only students who choose the University of Ilorin as their first choice in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and score the required JAMB cut-off mark for the University of Ilorin are eligible to apply for admission. UNILORIN cut-off mark for admission into the institution is 180.

In addition, candidates must obtain at least FIVE CREDIT passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two sittings. However, credit in Mathematics is not compulsory for all courses offered in UNILORIN.

All aspiring students are advised to adhere strictly to the guidelines and obtain necessary clarifications. Also, candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission.

How to Apply for UNILORIN Post UTME Form 2023/2024

1. Visit the official UNILORIN admission portal.
2. Click Pre-Admission Screening Registration.
3. Fill the displayed fields, (e.g. JAMB Registration Number).
4. Click on the ‘Get Details’ button for your JAMB information.
5. Click on the ‘Make Payment’ link and you will be redirected to the Remita platform to proceed with the payment
6. Upon successful payment, Click on ‘Pre-Admission Screening Login’
7. Click on the ‘Continue Registration’ link
8. Fill in your other bio-data information and upload your passport photographs by clicking on the browse button to select your picture. Your Passport Photograph must not be more than 25KB.
9. On completion of bio-data, click on the ‘Next Step’ button then click ‘OK’ on the message dialog box.
10. Click on the ‘Submit’ button when you are sure all information has been accurately provided.

For Direct Entry (DE) candidates:

1. The step-by-step Registration Procedure in (1 – 10) above also applies to Direct Entry candidates.
2. Direct Entry candidates are also required to select their Highest Academic Qualification(s) from the drop-down and click on Save.
3. On the dialogue box click ‘OK’ when concluded;
4. To add more Higher Academic Qualifications, click on the qualifications drop-down to select as appropriate.
5. Click on save when concluded.

Note: UTME Candidates who are qualified for the courses originally chosen can proceed to make payment by supplying the required information. However, UTME Candidates who are not qualified for the course originally chosen are advised to change their course as indicated on the payment page.
