Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the Delta State College of Health Technology, Ofuoma, for the various Diploma, Certificate, ND, and HND programme 2024/2025 academic session.
Only candidates who have their WAEC, GCE, or NECO with at least FIVE CREDIT passes including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings are eligible to apply.

How to Apply for Delta State College of Health Technology Admission Form
Delta State College of Health Technology, Ofuoma, hereby informs all interested applicants to visit the application portal https://deltashtportal.kademic.com.ng in order to participate in the online application exercise for the 2024/2025 Academic session.
Candidates are to obtain Pin Voucher from any Zenith Bank branch in Nigeria, on payment of a non-refundable fee of Nine thousand, five hundred naira (N9, 500) only and log on to the School website www.deltashtportal.com to register online.
For E-pin Option: Enter your Admission Pin you purchased from hank and click on “proceed’ to fill and complete the admission form.
For the E-payment option: click on proceed, fill the admission form and make payments online using ATM Card or 10 digit Account Number.
Candidates are expected to print out an acknowledgment/identification card to be presented on the day of the entrance examination.
