Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the College of Nursing Sciences St. Charles Borromeo, for the Basic Nursing and Midwifery programme for the 2024/2025 academic session.

- 5 Credits in WASSCE, NECO, GCE, in not more than 2 sittings to include: English language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
- Photocopies of Credentials, Birth Certificate/Sworn Age Declaration, Marriage Certificate (if married) and Baptismal Card.
- 3 recent passport photographs.
