The Delta State Ministry of Health Department of Nursing and Midwifery has commenced the sale of application forms for admission into the State School of Midwifery, Asaba, BASIC MIDWIFERY PROGRAMME for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Only candidates who have their WAEC, GCE, or NECO with at least FIVE CREDIT passes including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology at not more than two sittings are eligible to apply.
Delta State School of Basic Midwifery Sapele Admission Form 2024/2025
The Delta State Ministry of Health Department of Nursing and Midwifery has commenced the sale of application forms for admission into the Sapele School of Basic Midwifery for the 2024/2025 academic session.
Candidates must possess at least FIVE CREDIT passes including Mathematics, English Language, Physics, Biology, and Chemistry in SSCE at not more than two sittings.
