Requirements for JAMB Registration 2023
You will need a phone number to create your JAMB profile code. The phone number will also be needed when filling your biodata.
If you do not have an email address, you need to create one as it will be required to create your JAMB profile. You can create a Google Account (Gmail Account) in under five minutes. Your email address and password will be required to access your JAMB CAPS in the future.
The National Identification Number (NIN) is now compulsory for JAMB registration. You can get your NIN number by visiting any NIMC registration centre nearest to you.
You will also be required to pay the sum of 4,700 for your registration at the CBT centre. The price covers the CBT registration procedures, JAMB E-pin, and the recommended JAMB novel.
Also, your WAEC or NECO results will be needed for registration. You can still register with awaiting results if your results are not available at the moment. Then once the results are available, you will be required to upload your O’level results on JAMB portal. Direct Entry students will be required to provide their A’level results during registration.
