Ebonyi State University offers admission into its several programmes including JUPEB, Pre-degree Programme, Postgraduate Studies, and Work and Study Programme. All applications are submitted through the EBSU application registration portal.
For prospective undergraduate students, all applications will be considered based on results equivalents and requirements as provided by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) as well as the EBSU admission criteria.
Only students who choose Ebonyi State University as their first choice in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by JAMB and score the required EBSU cut-off mark are eligible to apply for admission.
In addition, candidates must obtain at least five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics in no more than two sittings.
Prospective graduate students must be holders of a Bachelor’s degree of Ebonyi State University or other institutions recognized by Senate or holders of the Higher National Diploma (HND) passed at upper credit level in a related discipline.
